Why won’t both AirPods connect?

When I connect my AirPods and I put it in my ear the one I usually put in my ear works but it won’t connect to the other side. I got them like 4-5 mo ago:(. Please help doesn’t matter which side happens to both if I use 1 the other one don’t work.

A Few Thoughts for AirPods:

A. Visit Apple Support links:


B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: In Windows, go to Control Panel
  2. Type: the word balance in the top-right search bar
  3. Proceed from there as necessary


C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:
