Screen Sensitivity
Hi, my iPhone XS Max screen won’t allow me to swipe down to access the notification bar, or up to unlock my phone. I also can’t exit any apps due to the swipe-up feature not working.

Having a fully functional iPhone is important, and we'd like to help.
With an iPhone that is unresponsive, we suggest to perform a force restart: Force restart iPhone
