SMS delivery report
Hello is there anyway to get SMS delivery reports on ios 14 because when i send sms I don’t know if it’s delivered or not.

AFAIK, iOS does not have this feature!
However, speak to your carrier company: ask them for the prefix you may have to add to the number while sending the SMS to get a Message Delivery response.
Also, there may be third-party apps/services which offer this Message Delivery Report.
