Apple News doesn’t appear on my Home Screen

I downloaded Apple news but it doesn’t appear on my Home Screen anywhere. When I go to the ap store however it says downloaded. When I try to open it says “to use this app turn restrictions off”. I’ve done that I have no restrictions on I also turned screen time off all together and still can’t use it. Can it only be used in the states or something? It’s really frustrating and I can’t even ‘delete’ it to try again because it’s not on my Home Screen. Please help.

Hi,

Are you in IOS 14? If you are in IOS 14 maybe you could find it in the library...have you inadvertently hide a page?
