I can’t turn off the sound of my camera when i took a picture

That means you will not be able to mute the camera shutter sound.

Where are you located?
In some areas of the world you cannot for legal reasons so people always know you are taking a photo; Japan and Korea are two such countries.

Post the model number of your phone; if it was one that was produced for sale in Japan or Korea you will be unable to shut it off.
You can find it in:
Settings -> General -> About -> Model
