MacBook Pro purchase date

I wanted to know the exact purchase date of my mac so I got to know we can check the purchase date of any apple device from https://support.apple.com/en-in/my-support so when I logged in and selected my Macbook from the list of device signed in to my apple id I wasn't able to see the coverage info and the purchase date. It was saying "We’re sorry, but we’re unable to find your coverage information at this time. Please try again later."


Why is it saying like this?

Apple could be having server problems. There have been multiple posts where people got similar responses from the servers.
