Keyboard broke how to erase disk?

Not all keys on my MacBook Air are functioning. I want to erase my disk and recycle my MacBook Air. How can undo this with no keyboard?

Use an external USB Keyboard.

As long as you encrypted the startup disk with FileVault there is no need to erase it. It's utterly useless without its FileVault password.
