I returned a watch to be recycled and I am interested in getting a new watch. How can I go about doing that?

I returned a watch and originally wanted to trade it in for an upgrade. It turns out that I cannot get much for a trade in so the idea was to pay off the difference for the new apple watch. How can I go about getting a new watch so I can connect it to my phone?
