Mail account error/challenges

I have added an account to Mail app on my Macbook Pro. However, there's an account error that "connection to host mail.@dadi.com on the default ports is failed". I have tried again but unsuccessful. What do I do

Check with your e-mail provider about what your e-mail settings should be. The error you're receiving is telling you that the mail server is not correct.
