I want to cancel my visa on this application

If you mean you want to cancel a Visa card you must contact the issuer to do that. If you just want to remove it from your Wallet open the Wallet app, tap on the card, then tap on the circle with 3 dots at the top right. At the bottom of the page is an option to Remove This Card.
