i want to restore a backup on iphone xr but the iphone is stuck in "Profile installation failed" and itunes tells me i need to turn off find my iphone to be able to restore a backup (which i cant)......please help :-)

Are you trying to restore a backup made from an iOS device other than your iPhone XR? Also, are you using a PC, or Mac to restore from this backup? Was this backup created on your computer or via iCloud?
