The listen now section in Apple Music doesn’t show up

 Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like "Listen Now" doesn't work, and it's giving an error. Let's look into this issue together so you can enjoy your music.


Which device model, and OS version are you using Apple Music with?


To get started, let's try to restart your device.


Also, make sure your device is up-to-date on software. When you navigate to: Settings > General > Software Update do you see any available updates?


If so, please back up your device, then update as explained in the following links:

Our next steps will temporarily remove Apple Music that you’ve downloaded for offline listening. However, those songs can be downloaded again once you sign back in. On your device, let’s go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out. Go ahead and sign back in, then check again. Does the issue remain?
