My bank shows $25 charge to Apple, Apple does not show charge anywhere.

My bank asked about a possible fraudulent charge to my debit card. Apple.com $25. When I log in and look at my account I have no charges at all. I have not used Apple for years for anything that could cost me money. Just free apps on Apple TV, and that is the only thing that shows under my purchases and orders.

Any way to contact a human being at Apple about this?

Thanks.

Thanks. That is the correct answer.

It was not fishing. With the help of Apple phone support they were able to track the card number to a different Apple account, who used it to buy and spend Apple gift card. Due to privacy regulations, Apple was unable to share more information with me other than they suspended that fraudulent account, and my bank has cancelled and reissued a new ATM card.

You're welcome, and glad to hear that Apple Support was able to resolve it.
