how can I change a forgotten screen time password
how can I change a forgotten screen time password? I have been locked out for ages and when I submit a forgot screen time password it does not work.

You must be at least on iOS 13.4 or higher (current iOS is 14.01). Then see the directions in this link --> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
