Orange dot over the signal status bar

It seems there is an app using my microphone while i making a call but i cannot find which app though i pulled the control central ui? So how i can find which app?

I get orange dot when making calls. When checking microphone in settings, no app is listed as access to microphone I get orange dot when making calls. No app has access when checking microphone under settings ???

That would be the phone app that is using the microphone that is a new feature in ios 14.
