I assume you mean iOS 14's Back Tap feature?

Check iPhone -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch

At the bottom of this list is the Back Tap control where you define what (if any) action to take.

In the Settings.

To turn the back tap OFF -

Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Touch ➔ Double Tap : Here you can set this to NONE.
