Alertd

Is Apple sending alerts I have 31 serious viruses, someone is trying to access my messages if not fixed immediately my SIM card will be damaged I will lose contacts and photos my privacy and security has been compromised. I need to fix this immediately is this a scam or is Apple sending out these alerts? I ran my Norton security check and it says all is fine. Do I need to purchase anything else to protect my phone
