Apple Cash says unable to add money

Can someone help; Trying to use Apple Pay added credit card it’s verified try to used, didn’t work. Select to use Apple Pay tried to add money message says unable to add money, used debit card to add money that didn’t work; added Apple Barclays credit card still doesn’t work keep showing add card then it says card already added. Thank you greatly appreciated some help.
