Grid to List

I have a new iWatch 6 and cannot seem to change the grid to list format for my apps. What's Up?

In watchOS 7 (and physically on Series 6 and SE), Apple removed the Force Press gesture. To change your app layout, open Settings, go to "App Layout", and select either Grid or List view.

Problem of change to grid view on iWatch Why my iWatch series 5 is not able to change to grid view ? I have trier few times but still when I firmly hold the Home screen it just gives choice to rearrange the apps.
