I'm not sure what "reminder completion" is but to ensure your reminders are synced across all your devices, you can ensure that Reminders in iCloud are enabled across all your devices.
If you can identify the problematic device, you can try signing out of that device and sign back in.
Usually when you call support they will ask you to briefly switch the iCloud off/on, or sign out of the device. and back in.
A reminder completion is a radio button that you check when you have completed a task. Reminders are synced across devices--e.g., if I add a reminder on my iPhone it shows up on my computer and my iPad. If I set an alarm on a reminder and it pops up, I can check it as "completed." However, even though I might check it as completed on one device (e.g., iPad), the alarm (or notification) will keep coming up on the other devices. So, the fact that I checked it on one device does not sync across devices. Make sense?
I don't know how to do that. It seems to occur on all of my devices.
Hmm.. that would be a big nuisance because it looks like you need to delete all of the information from your device(s)!
Thanks for the suggestion.

Understood, but it still takes time to download the stuff again. Thanks again for the suggestion. Perhaps Apple can develop an easier way to handle this.
Your data is stored in iCloud and if you have a backup made, you won't be deleing anything really.
