Imessage and Update trouble

I can't receive facetime calls or imessages but others can see mine. help? using iphone 6s ios 14. Also having trouble getting the ios 14 update

From your post, it sounds like you're having trouble receiving FaceTime calls and iMessages? Can you elaborate on what exactly happens when someone tries to send you an iMessage or make a FaceTime call? If you're unable to update to iOS 14.0.1, can you let us know what happens when you attempt to update? This support article may help: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update

Hi ricky_iphone,

Thank for confirming that the FaceTime/iMessage issue has been resolved. In Settings > General > About > Model Name. What do you see there?

iOS 14 is compatible with the devices listed here: iOS 14

The facetime/message issue’s been resolved. When i attempt to update all it says is my phone is up to date with ios 13.7. there isn’t an option to update to ios 14 at all
