if I pay for Apple TV can I watch it through Cox Contour like I do with Netflix?

Yeah, I get that it's just a portal for content, but the app has to be available on Cox for me to stream that content to my TV. For example, the Netflix app is on Cox Contour and I have a subscription to watch that content. But Apple TV app is not. I was just wondering if there is some way to make that app available on Cox. There are a bunch of apps on Contour but I can't find this one. And if I can't watch it on my TV I'm not going to pay for the content. Surely other people have encountered this.

I'm talking about the app. Is the apple tv app available on cox contour to view on my tv just like many other apps are. I can't find it if it is.
