How does one adjust the volume of Apple EarPods when watching tv with Apple TV. It seems to be locked on one very low volume setting.

It sounds like you need to adjust the overall volume of your Apple TV while you're using a set of EarPods.

This guide can help you to make adjustments.

This will also direct you to a settings called "Reduce Loud Sounds" which could make some of the sound seem a bit lower.
