rony-z ,
Apologies for the misunderstanding, thank you for the clarification. In earlier versions of iOS and iTunes, you could manage and edit the iPhone apps in iTunes on the computer. But this was changed several versions ago and it is no longer possible to edit the iPhone apps on the computer.
If you would like to see this feature returned, you can use the following link to send feedback requesting it be returned: Product Feedback
Cheers.

Hello pony-z,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
We see you asking if there is an option to edit or manage your iPhone apps. If you are asking how to move and organize the Apps on your iPhone, you can take a look at the following support article for how to do that. You can see this article for how:
Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support
If you are asking about some other edit option, please get back to us with more information about your issue/question.
Best regards.
Thanks for your reply.
