Apple Stock shows old price

I added various funds on my Apple Stock apps (both on iOS 14 and on macOS Catalina) and it always display a very old "closing" price despite the fact that the graphs has the correct last price. See the following screenshot (on macOS):

Here the related Yahoo! Finance data, where there is the same issue. Since it is not clear how to fix this on Yahoo! side, I think Apple's apps should be smarter and automatically get the most recent data if there are no "close prices" available, or if they are way older than the current values.
