That's good news.
In an abundance of caution, please open System Preferences and click the View menu. None should appear there either.
Configuration profiles found - This computer may have configuration profiles installed. These are sometimes used by adware and malware.
I don't know the reason EtreCheck has that entry, but of course it says "may" have configuration Profiles installed. It may not be possible for it to conclusively determine their presence.
In another abundance of caution, please consider using the following Terminal command:
sudo /usr/bin/profiles -P
It will prompt you for your Admin password. Type it and press Return. What you type will not be echoed, not even with ••• characters.
If no Profiles are present, the response should be exactly this:
There are no configuration profiles installed
If anything other than that appears, please describe what it says.

Start by uninstalling MacKeeper. It is not needed, uses system resources, and may cause problems.

You asked for advice and you were provided the advice to uninstall MacKeeper. If you don't want to heed the advice that is up to you.
Those Profiles appear to have been installed by Apple. If you have no knowledge regarding their purpose, I suggest that you either contact Apple directly, or EtreCheck's developer for more information.
In any event I doubt it is any cause for concern.
You did not uninstall it correctly.

public1[2] attribute: profileIdentifier: system.web.contentfilter.basic.digital_health_restrictions.system.webcontentfilter.basic
There are 2 configuration profiles installed.
what next
Uninstall "MacKeeper" in accordance with its instructions. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
Configuration Profiles:
This computer may have configuration profiles installed.
No Profiles should be installed unless that Mac is owned, controlled, or otherwise managed by someone else. For example, if your Mac was provided to you by an employer or educational institution then it is not yours to own and control, and you should refer your question to its owner.
i had done that but one folder in stagged extension id not deleting it has name com.mackeeper.antivirus
then give instruction for correct unistallation
MacKeeper is not an Apple product. You would have to get uninstall instructions from the developer.
how could i delete them i really want my mac free and secure
them=configuration profiles
To remove a Profile, read Remove a configuration profile from your Mac in Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers.
i don not see any profiles in system prefrences
