When i go to install my update of iOS 13.7, it stops and says i am no longer connected with the internet and i’ve tried to fix it and everything.

Go to Settings/General/software Update. If it says you are up to date with 13.7 that means that you have an iOS 13 beta on your phone. Go to Settings/General/Profiles, tap on and delete the iOS 13 beta profile and restart your phone.
