How do u disable Ios14 recording of calls function on iPhone X?

I just did the update and an orange indicator appears above the signal bars on my phone when I’m on the phone. I found out that means my calls are being recorded . That’s illegal in Australia. How do I disable this?

The indicator means the microphone could be used by an app. It does not mean it is recording your call.

In most areas it is illegal to record a phone call.

Yep and it’s happening on my phone here in Australia and it’s illegal here and I can’t find the setting to disable it.
