iCloud fraud phone call?

I just received a phone call from this number ‭****-8060‬

Telling me that my iCloud has been Breached and I hung up on them I wanna know how I can find out if this is a fraud phone call or a real one

The call was "fraud." Apple will never "cold call" a customer with that, or any other information. Your response was valid.
