Health app issue in IOS 14

Since IOS14 update and watch updat3 my health app is reading about 300kcal per day resting energy. Obviously too low, with IOS 13.5 it was giving about 1200 kcal. No other changes to settings. Any thoughts on what might have caused this and a fix?
