apple tv. Turning on the TV

Hello. There is an apple tv 4k and a sony TV. I can't understand whether it is possible to make it so that when you turn on the TV, the set-top box also turns on? At the moment, the TV and set-top box are turned on simultaneously in two versions.

1 - if I turn on the apple tv, the TV turns on too.

2 - if I turn on the TV not with the power button, but through the TV button on the TV remote (the set-top box is linked to this button).

Don’t believe thats possible, hdmi Cec https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumer_Electronics_Control

it would not work well if when your tv was turned on it would turn on all devices connected to all its hdmi ports at the same time

It does on mine, but only if I’ve left the input for the ATV on. If I’ve switched back to my cable input, it won’t

But it will switch inputs to go back to ATV, and turn both on , if I ask Siri to turn the Apple TV on
