There's no iPad Air 5th generation from Apple.
iPad Air can update to iOS 12.4.8
iPad Air 2, iPad Air 3, iPad 5th generation and later model can update to the latest iPadOS 14.0.1.
The latest iPad Air 4th generation will be available in October 2020.
