Pro presenter shows nothing in the output

I have everything configured, but it shows nothing on my output.

I can turn on my output in the ProPresenter.

I am using a HDMI that connected to Thunderbolt Display port to HDMI.

Keynote presenter display doesn't show on Samsung TV I have an M1 Mac Air updated to current MacOS. At home I have it connected to an external monitor. When I play a Keynote presentation with this setup the presentation shows on the external monitor and the presenter display shows on the laptop monitor. I am going to use this presentation in a classroom with a Samsung TV. I connect to the TV's HDMI port via an HDMI cable that is connected to my laptop with an Apple USB C to HDMI adapter. When I connect the laptop it is mirrored on the TV. When I play the presentation the fullscreen presentation is mirrored on the laptop and TV, I don't see the presenter display on the laptop. I have enabled presenter display in Keynote settings, I have also tried both HDMI ports on the TV. It would be very helpful to have the presenter display visible on the laptop but I don't know why it works with one external monitor and not the other one and I don't know what else to do to get it visible.

Problems with Keynote presenter mode I am using Keynote 12.2 on a MBP. I want presenter mode to show up on my laptop and NOT my optoma projector but that doesn't happen anymore. Presenter mode is on both screens or neither. This used to be easy to accomplish. What's going on? Very annoying to not be able to see what the next slide is but I can't seem to find a fix. Any help?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding you are having an issue with the out video in an external display, do we have that right? If so, have you tried the steps in this article: Get help with video issues on external displays connected to your Mac.
