In your WiFi router's settings, change security type from WPA/WPA2 to WPA Only.

Your router is not set to use WPA2(AES) or WPA3, the only secure Wi-Fi protocols. Check your router’s manual on how to change to one of these settings. If it is an older router you may have to replace it.
It is important to realize that your router has always had weak security; you just didn’t know about it. iOS 14 checks, which is why you know now.
