iMessage not delivered error

Hi there,

I have an issue where I send voice messages through the iMessage app and they come up as not delivered... The interesting part of this is that the person on the other end does in fact receive the voice message it even though on my end it says not delivered!! I have asked friends on the other end to make sure that they have the voice message and they always respond to it so now I tend to ignore They’re not delivered msg but it’s kind of annoying!!

Just wondering if this issue is a known problem or if it’s just specific to my device?

Hi Miss-Lainey,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, when you send a voice message via iMessage, you are getting an error that they are "Not Delivered", do we have that right? If so, does it continue if you Restart your iPhone? How about if you force the app to close. Check out How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If this continues, make sure to Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the latest iOS if not already up to date.
