I switched iPhones,now every time i open iMessages i get a notification saying I’ve been signed out but when i go to settings and try ‘send and receive’ option I’m only seeing my number no email and with the number it won’t log in, I’ve been trying different things....I’ve googled for a month now and nothing works help please😢

If you tap Send & Receive, on the next screen that loads, does you Apple ID show in the top box? If not, can you sign in?

Im not sure if im logged in i was on my previous phone but I can’t see anything on that screen
and when i press the ok it says it’s waiting on the activation and it does that for days then it tells me it’s unsuccessful 🤷🏽♀️ And i try it again
If you go to Settings/Messages/Send and Receive, in the top box, are you signed in with your Apple ID? Are you signed into Settings/FaceTime with your Apple ID in the 2nd box down?
Are you logged into Settings/FaceTime?
What happens if you click Okay? In the first screen shot, have you tapped Send & Receive to add some email addresses?
