Backups

Hello,

So i can’t do backups i don’t know why?

i tried manually nothing. And i tried wifi, and power, and locked the iphone,

and nothing.

Pls, help me out.

If you cannot backup -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
