Grainy webcam on new MacBook Air

I've just bought this MacBook Air a month ago...are there anything that can be done to improve the grainy webcam?

Webcam quality I just bought a MacBook Pro 2020 two days ago and the webcam quality is very low. I was very surprised that such an expensive laptop has such a poor webcam quality. Is there anything I can do about this? Does Apple acknowledge the problem?

Camera issue in MacOS Monterey I have been using the Logitech c270 webcam (720p/30fps) for the last 2 years for online lectures and stuff. However post updating to MacOS Monterey (12.1 as of now) since its release, I have been facing issues with my webcam. I have started seeing distortion in the video quality over the past few months such as increase in contrast, overexposure etc while using MS Teams, FaceTime etc., which prompts me to modify the quality manually using the Logitech Camera Settings App, however this changes made don't sustain for long as this issue arises every time I reboot my laptop. Please help.
