Orange microphone light
The orange microphone light comes on ever time i make a phone call and no apps are running ,or asking for microphone permission

Correct, as the microphone is being used by the phone app.

Hey!
The orange light (or circle) is an indicator of your microphone being used!
It's a new privacy feature in iOS 14!
When you make a phone call, you utilise the microphone, and the phone app has the microphone permission always on when you are on a call because the other person needs to hear you too!
So there is absolutely nothing to worry about!

my ipad won't mirror my phone
the ipad doesn't show up when i use my mirroring screen
Well, you need to make sure that your iPad and iPhone are connected to the same WiFi network, but I am not very sure if you can still mirror iPhones to iPads since it was possible in older iOS versions, still I am not very sure about it.
