Lost iCloud content

I just found out about this help site. Back in 2018, I used to upload my pics to iCloud, and whenever my card didn't get billed for not having monyey, all my pictures disappeared, years of memories. Since then, I do not trust iCloud with my pictures anymore. Is there anyways that I could regain those pictures if I restarted to pay for iCloud?

Photos disappeared from iCloud due to iCloud monthly subscription payment failure Hi everyone, I have subscribed for 50GB iCloud backup plan. Due to some technical error my auto payment was declined and after few months (2 or 3) it came into my attention that I have lost all the additional (above standard 5GB) data including photos. icloud problem Hello Apple, I have a problem with my icloud on Iphone X, half of photos in the gallery were deleted by itself, about 4000 photos and i signed in icloud.com website to look for the deleted photos and i didn't find it, how to restore it?

No, those photos would be lost.
