What if the owner is not reachable ?

I found an iPhone but has activation lock. Any possible way to remove it ? Couldn’t find the owner.

Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner, you will never be able to use the device. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. Here are links about Activation Lock....

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

You can recycle the device at any Apple Store.
