I found an iPhone but has activation lock. Any possible way to remove it ? Couldn’t find the owner.

No there is no other option. You will need those credentials to remove the activation lock.

Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner, you will never be able to use the device. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. Here are links about Activation Lock....
