I cloud couldn't complete

why doesn't iCloud back up work even if I have lots of storage for it (2GB of 50GB) it doesn't let me back up my data . it says not enough storage on iCloud .

It's possible you may not have enough device storage on hand -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
