why am I still being charged for apple music when under subscriptions it says that it expired on Nov. 19. 2019
How do I cancel a subscription that is already cancelled?

If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
Failing that, check with the folks that work at Apple.
Use the Contact Support link in the upper right, then Billing & Subscriptions.
