I recently updated my MacBook Pro and other devices and now am having issues when trying to live stream with fps dropping way down and being unstable. Is there any fix for things? I have tried to find a runaway process, even uninstalled a software but still no luck.

Is it still dropping? Immediately after an update system caches have to be rebuilt, spotlight index is rebuilt, and probably a few other things are being updated.
I don't have any idea other than that, though.

Sometimes, installing the combo update fixes “bad” updates.
