My bluetooth keyboard can't type some key on ipad gen6

I connect my ipad with my bluetooth keyboard but I have some problem to type some key such as 7,8,9, u,i,o,h,j,k, etc. when I press that keys they're return me and arrow key press. how i solve this problem?

Go to settings Accessiblity and make sure that Mouse Keys is turned OFF.
