Mobile Data Turned off for Springboard

I have iPhone X and it is updated to IOS 14.1 and have received message “Mobile Data Turned off for Springboard” first time I have had this message and I never thought of taking a screenshot as I went straight into settings, then checked out community discussions. Any advice or has anyone else had the same?? Thanks
