iOS 14 battery heating and draining issue

After iOS 14 and 14.1 update my iPhone 11 is draining battery so fast like crazy where I used to have a full day backup now I have to charge my phone 3 times a day.

battery health came down from 100%-97% within 2 weeks. Phone is heating so much I can’t hold it in hand sometimes.
