Changes in Birth date

I am not able to change my sons Apple ID birth date its saying an email is sent but I haven't got an email about approving the change it

I need to change the birthdate for my child I accidentally put in the wrong birthdate for my child, and her AppleID thinks she's over 13. I entered the new birthdate in her Apple ID to less than 13. Apple sent an email to approve the change to my email. I clicked APPROVE and then logged into my Apple ID. Now, I cannot find where to approve the change in birthdate. Please help. Thanks.
