MacBook Air Fans Not Speeding Up After Update

Today I've updated my macbook air 2020 to the Catalina version 10.15.7. After the update, I've noticed that, the cooling fan is not speeding up and the macbook is heating. The fan RPM is not exceeding more than 3000. I've tried to reset the SMC & NVRAM but the problem is still exists.
