Error 4000 - Unknown error occurred when updating to IOS 14

I keep getting an unknown error when trying to update to IOS 14. Error 4000. I've reset phone, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, and have 78GB free on iPhone. No joy. Any ideas?
